群発頭痛症例　NO２８　春が嫌いだった２０年間

４０代　女性　埼玉県川口市

・約２０年前に群発頭痛を発症。１～２年おきに群発期がやってきて１～２カ月続く。１日２～３回、夜中と昼に群発頭痛発作に襲われ、３０分～１時間苦しむ。この時期は痛みのストレスと寝不足で、心身ともに疲弊する。症状は明らかに群発頭痛だが、病院では何故かずっと片頭痛と言われている。薬はリザトリプタンを使用。少し痛みが和らぐ。今期は来院される２週間前から群発期がスタート。

［経過］

・全身を整体で整え、右ラインの反応部をしっかりと施術。

・５日後に２回目の施術。施術後２日間、すごくだるくなってしまった。しかし群発頭痛発作が夜中の１回のみになり、痛みレベルも軽減。薬は１回だけ服用。施術ポイントが深い割には経過が良好。前回よりも更に深いポイントを狙って施術。

・１週間後に３回目の施術。起床後の右目の奥の重たさと気持ち悪さが１～２時間続くが発作が起きなくなり大分楽。少し腰が痛そうだったので、骨盤矯正を加えて行う。群発期以外の時も起床時は首肩が少し重たいということで、悠整体院でおすすめしている枕を紹介しました。１週間発作が無いということで、群発期終了と判断。

現在、群発頭痛はよく知られるようになってきましたが、今回ように未だに片頭痛や緊張型頭痛と診断され続けている方がいることに驚かされました。発症したばかりの時に片頭痛や緊張型頭痛と鑑別することが難しいことがたまにありますが、今回の症状は明らかに群発頭痛でした。テレビでも取り上げられるようになった病気ですので、もう少し認知して頂きたいものです。

The symptom is clearly cluster headache, but it is said that migraine has always been a hospital for some reason in the hospital. Medicine used Riza triptan. A little pain relieves. The cluster period started from 2 weeks before visiting this term.

Treatment course

· Organize the whole body in a regular manner, steadily perform the reaction part of the right line.

· Second treatment after 5 days. I became very tired after 2 days of treatment. However, cluster headache attacks occur only once in the middle of the night, and the pain level is also reduced. Take medicine only once. Treatment points are deep, but the treatment course is good. Treatment aimed at points deeper than last time.

· Third treatment after one week. The heaviness and unpleasantness of the back of the right eye after getting up lasts 1 to 2 hours, but seizures do not occur and Oita Easy. I seemed to be somewhat painful, so I added pelvic corrections. When I woke up at times other than the swarming period I introduced a pillow recommended at Yuizenin in that the neck shoulders are a bit heavy. It means that there is no seizure for one week, it is judged that the group expiration is over.

Currently, cluster headache has become well known, but I was surprised that some people continue to be diagnosed with migraine and tension type headache like this patient. Occasionally it is difficult to distinguish it from migraine or tension type headache when it is just onset, but this symptom was clearly a cluster headache. It is sickness that I got picked up on TV, so I would like you to recognize it a little more.
